چکیده:

      با افزایش آشکار سازی و آسیب پذیری در برابر حملات سایبری ، بسط و گسترش اسلوبها و سیستمهایی که قادر به سرو کار داشتن با ماهیت پیچیده و متنوع شرایط تصمیم گیری در مدیریت و برنامه ریزی امنیتی می باشند ، ضروری بنظر می رسد. در این مقاله ، مبنای نظری ، سبک و طرح یک سیستم پشتیبان تصمیم گیری چند جانبه (DSS) تحت وب و یک چار چوب تصمیم گیری چند معیاره که با امنیت و نظریه تصمیم سازگار می باشد را ارائه می دهیم.

مقدمه :      در محیط تجارت رقابتی و پویا ، سازمانها بطور روز افزون   متکی به فن آوری اطلاعات بخاطر راندمان و کارایی افزایش یافته و بخاطر تامین مزیت رقابتی می باشند . متاسفانه ، با حضور همه جانبه فن آوری اطلاعات (IT)، آشکار سازی و افشای اطلاعات و آسیب پذیری در برابر حملات سایبری افزایش می یابد. مطابق گفته موسسات پژوهشی در این زمینه سالیانه هزاران میلیون دلار به  سیستمهای اطلاعاتی آسیب وارد می شود .در مجله Information week یک ضرر 6/1  تریلیون دلاری برای اقتصاد جهانی و خسارت 266 میلیاردی در درون ایلات متحد امریکا گزارش شده است

:Abstract:

 This project is a Recommender System for OLAP Reports, KPI’s,Scorecards and Business Dashboards.OLAP (Online Analytical Processing) is a powerful technology which performs multidimensional analysis of business data and lays a foundation to many kinds of business applications like Business Performance Management, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Reporting, Analysis, Simulation Models, Knowledge Discovery, and Data Warehouse Reporting. OLAP enables end-users to perform ad hoc analysis of data in multiple dimensions, thereby providing the insight and understanding they need for better decision making.
However It is very time consuming and requires lot of research and ground work to come up with the list of Business Questions, Metrics, KPI’s, Scorecards,Reports and Dashboards , Report Layouts etc. Our proposed framework does all the groundwork at back end and displays the proposed list of KPI’s, Reports and Dashboards to each user based on his Past History, Data Mart Accessibility, Frequently Accessed Reports and Seasonal Trends etc. It also provides Ranking to Metrics and KPI’s as per Users History. Users can easily select from the proposed list and access the reports then and there.

بهمین منظور، کار با ایده ی سوددهی (Benefits ) مطرح شد. مزایای این طرح شامل مرخصی، حقوق بازنشستگی و کمک به پرداخت مخارج پزشکی بود. بدین ترتیب کارگران ترغیب به کار می شدند. ایده پرداخت مخارج پزشکی به سرعت توسط کارفرمایان پیشرفت کرد.

Abstract

Critical infrastructure systems perform functions and missions that are essential for our national economy, health, and security. These functions are vital to commerce, government, and society and are closely interrelated with people's lives. To provide highly secured critical infrastructure systems, a scalable, reliable and robust threat monitoring and detection system should be developed to efficiently mitigate cyber threats. In addition, big data from threat monitoring systems pose serious challenges for cyber operations because an ever growing number of devices in the system and the amount of complex monitoring data collected from critical infrastructure systems require scalable methods to capture, store, manage, and process the big data. To address these challenges, in this paper, we propose a cloud computing based network monitoring and threat detection system to make critical infrastructure systems secure. Our proposed system consists of three main components: monitoring agents, cloud infrastructure, and an operation center. To build our proposed system, we use both Hadoop MapReduce and Spark to speed up data processing by separating and processing data streams concurrently. With a real-world data set, we conducted real-world experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of our developed network monitoring and threat detection system in terms of network monitoring, threat detection, and system performance. Our empirical data indicates that the proposed system can efficiently monitor network activities, find abnormal behaviors, and detect network threats to protect critical infrastructure systems.
